Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Sanspareils Greenlands Pvt. Ltd. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance the company's brand presence and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing and a strong track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with 4 to 6 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to reach key audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Track marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and techniques to recommend innovative marketing strategies
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
