**Role**: Enterprise Sales and Solutions (Team - Technology, Media, and Telecom)
**Location**: Pune / Navi Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi NCR
**Experience**: 1-5 years

**What will you do?**
- Strategize and identify enterprises within the Technology, Media, and Telecom Industry for capability building.
- Develop an understanding of the assigned industry, including market dynamics and key players.
- Engage with senior-level executives to initiate discussions and generate leads.
- Plan and prioritize travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with C-level executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into business engagements and consistently meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on key metrics regularly.
- Work closely with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalk’s L&D offerings.

**What skills do you need?**
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field. MBA from Tier 1, 2 institutes preferred.
- 1-5 years of B2B sales experience in Technology/SaaS/IT/ITs industries.
- Strong lead generation, deal closure, and account management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
- Strategic thinking and value-driven sales approach.
- Enthusiasm for the startup ecosystem with a willingness to adapt.
