**Job Title**: Field Sales Officer.

**Employment type**: Full-time, Permanent.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential clients and target markets in assigned geographical areas.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales prospecting techniques.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and challenges, and provide customized solutions to address them.
- Conduct regular client visits to nurture relationships, provide product/service updates, and gather feedback.

**3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Highlight the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services to drive interest and close sales.

**4. Sales Closure and Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements.
- Handle objections, overcome obstacles, and address concerns to successfully close sales deals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure repeat business.

**5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales outcomes, using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Desired Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales will be a plus with 1+ years of related experience
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the [Automobile] sector.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned geographical areas.

**Education and Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales will be a plus with 1+ years of related experience
