Grynow Media is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team. The primary focus of this internship will be on YouTube scouting, identifying suitable creators and influencers, and managing negotiations to ensure successful collaboration on various campaigns. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with content creators, learn about influencer marketing, and contribute to the growth of Grynow Media.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. YouTube Scouting**:

- Conduct in-depth research on YouTube to identify potential creators and influencers aligned with Grynow Media's target audience and campaign objectives.
- Analyze and assess creators' content, engagement, and audience demographics to ensure compatibility with Grynow Media's brand image.

**2. Creator Outreach**:

- Initiate and maintain communication with identified creators to gauge interest and availability for potential collaborations.
- Foster positive relationships with creators by effectively communicating Grynow Media's goals and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends & practices in influencer marketing

**3. Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate collaboration terms, including pricing, content deliverables, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with campaign goals and budget constraints.
- Draft and manage contracts, working closely with legal and business development teams to ensure compliance with Grynow Media's policies and standards.

**4. Campaign Alignment**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and campaign management teams to understand specific campaign requirements and objectives.
- Match creators to campaigns based on their content style, audience demographics, and overall suitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business,
Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital media, influencer marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
