Job Description: Operations Intern
Location : Gurgaon, India (Hybrid/On-site)
Duration : 3-6 months (Full-time)
Stipend : Competitive
Sploot is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to streamline and enhance our service delivery operations. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience, from booking to service completion, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Onboarding and Retention of Service Providers Ensure effective onboarding of service providers in key hubs to meet demand.
Develop strategies to retain service providers and minimize request loss.
Regularly monitor hub performance to address gaps and optimize resource allocation.
2. Fulfillment Rate Optimization Increase the fulfillment percentage of scheduled services by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure timely communication with customers and service providers.
Track and analyze unfulfilled requests to implement preventative measures.
3. Service Quality and Customer Ratings Ensure service providers strictly adhere to established SOPs to maintain consistency and quality.
Conduct regular checks and feedback sessions with service providers to identify improvement areas.
Monitor customer ratings and address negative feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications Pursuing or completed a degree in Operations, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
Passion for operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Interest in the pet care industry is a bonus.
