Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the real estate industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Sales Executive in our channel partner firm. We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in real estate sales and an in-depth understanding of the Navi Mumbai market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Real Estate Sales Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in real estate sales within channel partner firms to promote and sell our properties and projects. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring their satisfaction.
2. Market Understanding: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their real estate requirements.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes lead generation, prospecting, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress. Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in real estate sales within channel partner firms.
In-depth knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with real estate legal and regulatory requirements.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
