**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their pet relocation needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
Act as a dedicated point of contact throughout the pet relocation process, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

**Sales and Business Development**:Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct presentations and consultations to showcase our pet relocation services and highlight their benefits.

**Pet Relocation Expertise**:Acquire a deep understanding of pet travel regulations, documentation requirements, and logistics for various international and domestic destinations.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding pet health certifications, quarantine rules, and travel arrangements.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of each relocation, from booking flights to coordinating ground transportation.

**Customer Service**:Offer exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and proactive in addressing client needs.
Anticipate potential challenges and provide solutions to ensure a smooth and comfortable pet relocation experience.
Assist clients in preparing their pets for travel, offering guidance on crate training, vaccination schedules, and comfort measures.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including contact information, travel itineraries, and special requirements.
Generate quotes and invoices, manage payments, and track sales performance using our CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue projections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the pet industry or service-oriented sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- In-depth knowledge of pet care and understanding of pet travel regulations is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings or industry events.
