Executive - Office Administration

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Liaise with all applicable vendors to ensure office readiness and subsequent management of the same.
Actively procure all relevant registers, license, and agreements from all relevant stake holders.
Identify and ensure all services such as housekeeping, security etc., are in place on day one of operations and subsequent management.
Manage day to day functions and activities of office environment.
Office asset maintenance and management.
Should be able to take care of entire Purchase management.
Collecting and maintaining all relevant documents.
Planning & organizing of travel, food and accommodation for the employees and guests whenever needed.
Overall maintenance of Office environment.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
Any bachelors degree/any graduate
1 to 3 years of any relevant experience in supervising & administrative related activities
Good negotiation and communication skills
Good problem solver and creative thinker
Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹18,500.00 per month
