**Job Role description-**

A Customer relationship executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable generating leads from online inquiries, managing social sales (hunting/conversion) and cold call, working with channel partners, directs prospecting generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

**Strong English Communication is a must **

**Key Responsibilities**
- Should be a Team Player with a broad and innovative mindset towards the work,
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
