**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Channel Development**:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key channel partners, including real estate agencies, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while actively seeking new collaboration opportunities.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Drive channel sales by effectively promoting real estate properties to partners and end customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential channels and market trends.
- Provide insights into competitor activities and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

**Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools and resources for successful sales.

**Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Lead negotiations with channel partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure the proper execution and management of contracts and agreements.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on channel performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 12/03/2024
