Admin & Accounts Executive

_**Responsibilities**:_
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Utilize various accounting software tools effectively. Experience with popular accounting platforms is essential.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files. Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Assist in responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Accurately input and maintain data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and Word for financial analysis, data reporting, and document preparation.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and standards.
- **Requirements**:_
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles. Prior experience in handling accounts for an international company is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:_
- Proficiency in various accounting software and tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
