**Job Description**:
As a CRM Executive at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized assistance.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance from pre-sales inquiries through post-sales services.

2. Database Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and preferences in the CRM database.
- Regularly update client profiles with relevant information to facilitate personalized communication and service delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems effectively to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

3. Coordination and Follow-up:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Follow up with clients at various stages of the project lifecycle to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to client agreements, contracts, and service requests in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Generate regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction levels, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,733.42 per month
