International Customer Service Advisor

The International Voice Process Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers or clients. The role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to international customers or clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints.

Listen actively to customer concerns, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer interactions, meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with other departments or teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.

Stay updated on product or service knowledge, as well as industry trends and updates, to better assist customers.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and compliance regulations.

Handle sensitive customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Attend training sessions and continuous improvement programs to enhance communication and customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a focus on international customers.

Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and empathy.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
