**Job Summary**:The Front Office Executive is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of the hotel. This role involves handling guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and providing accurate information about the hotel's facilities and services. The Front Office Executive plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Check-In and Check-Out**:
Welcome guests warmly and assist them during the check-in process.
Verify guest information, allocate rooms, and provide room keys.
Collect payments, process invoices, and manage guest accounts during check-out.

**Reservations and Bookings**:
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of room availability, rates, and special packages.
Ensure accurate entry of guest information in the property management system.

**Guest Services**:
Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requirements.

Answer incoming calls, assist callers with inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.

**Cash Handling and Reporting**:
Handle cash transactions, maintain a cash float, and ensure accurate billing.
Prepare daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest information.

**Lobby Management**:
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Ensure the lobby is welcoming and presentable to guests.

**Guest Safety and Security**:
Follow security procedures, verify guest identification, and ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
Collaborate with security and management in case of emergencies or unusual situations.

**Training and Development**:
Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in using property management systems and relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service attitude and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
