International Call Center Executive

_We are located at The First, Vastrapur. _**Shift times are 3:20 AM to 12:30 PM IST. AUSTRALIAN SHIFT.**_

**We are a **well-established Australian Owned and Operated Telecommunication & IT company, representing high demanding products and major national brands. We sell and promote products in Telco and Web industry _Our Office is located at The First, Vastrapur_

**The Role**:

- Close Warm & Cold leads over the phone.
- Book appointments for BDM's based in Australia.
- Qualifying the customers based on criteria provided by company.
- Overcome objections with quality conversations.
- Provide recommendations to meet the needs of the customer.
- Admin and clerical task related to sales.
- Assisting team members in day to day activity.

**To be successful.**:

- Available minimum 5 days a week(Australian Shift)
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional manner with strong relationship building skills.
- A strong desire to progress.
- Punctual and want to be part of team.
- No absenteeism.
- Healthy and Optimistic.
