Sales Executive

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Actively seek out potential clients and engage in sales activities to convert leads into customers.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and maintain a consistent focus on business expansion.
**2. Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Lekha Interiors services.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
**3. Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance the brand's visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
**4. Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about Lekha Interiors' products and services, as well as industry trends and innovations.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
**5. Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.
**6. Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
