**Sales Executive - Pest Control & Hygiene Solutions**
Experience Level: 2+ years in Sales (preferably in pest control, hygiene, or facility management services)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Proactively identify and approach potential clients for pest control services, pest control products, cleaning chemicals, hygiene equipment, and food safety services.
- **Market Development**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:Gain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company, including pest control services, hygiene solutions, cleaning chemicals, and ISO consultations.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
- **Lead Management**:Respond to sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control, hygiene solutions, facility management, or a related industry.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of pest control services, hygiene solutions, or related fields is a plus.
**Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license is preferred for this role.
