- Assign complaints and co-ordinate the same with the technical ground team.
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with relevant customer data and service records.

**Requirement**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations or customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: ₹14,954.89 - ₹15,498.76 per month
