Job Overview

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the workshop floor, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all repair jobs. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Vasco da Gama, Goa, India. The employment type is Part-Time or Full-Time.

Locations - Kolhapur. Sangli, Satara, Ratnagiri, Goa.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with commercial vehicles
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repairing processes and standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage a team and ensure productivity

Roles and Responsibilities

• Allocate repair jobs to technicians and monitor their progress
• Ensure the quality repair of jobs on vehicles, meeting the standards set by DICV
• Utilize special tools recommended by DICV for repair and maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the workshop floor
• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance in the workshop
• Provide technical support to technicians as needed
• Manage and supervise the workshop team
• Effectively communicate with team members and management
