Experienced in Symphony SUMMIT ITSM, ITAM, ITOM Admin/Implementation.
- At least 2 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience.
- Hands-on experience in ITSM modules e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Asset & Patch Management, and Operations Management.
- Sound knowledge in Incident, SR, Change and Knowledge Management Lifecycle.
- Basic understanding and ability to run queries in MS-SQL.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams.
- Good with configuring various complex reports on the Symphony SUMMIT platform.
- Should be able to provide demo/understanding to teams.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Hands-on experience in Report Generation, Dashboard creation and Scheduling.
- Good Understanding in Windows OS.

**Certifications**:

- ITIL ® Certification (must have)
- Symphony SUMMIT Suite Certification ITSM (+various tracks) (Good to have)
- Symphony SUMMIT Certified Implementation Specialist (Various Tracks) (Good to have)

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
