**Your responsibilities**:

- Perform monitoring and health-checks on various components of IT Infrastructure including clients, servers, and network equipment.
- Use tools to perform monitoring; identify issues; perform elementary diagnostics; explore possibility to resolve the issues; and for complex topics forward the issue to L2 / L3 with history of work done.
- Perform IT infrastructure monitoring.
- Identify and resolve L1 issues.
- Build experience and develop capabilities to provide early warning about possible snags.
- Support global IT Infrastructure teams handling clients, servers, networks and IT security.
- Monitoring clients; servers; and network connections and equipment.
- Using industry standard IT infrastructure monitoring tools.
- IT Infrastructure system administration.
- Working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Take active role in contributing to maintenance of IT Infrastructure data in good health.

**Your profile**:

- Experience of 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Support operations covering all aspects - client devices, servers, and networks. (Typically, you find this in “in-house IT support.)
- Basic knowledge of methods and tools used for monitoring all these functional areas
- Must have interacted with end-users as well as IT experts to resolve critical issues
- Must understand the IT Infrastructure management processes
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Good to have: Awareness of ITIL (e.g., v4 Foundation) & Awareness of Agile methodologies (i.e., DevOps, sprints, scrum, related tools, etc.)
- The person shall be available to be in office at short notice any time.
- This task is currently planned in India working hours and later even to 24x7 (i.e., 3 shifts)
- Work Location: Thane, India.
