**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that align with our restaurant's concept and standards.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including portioning, cooking, and plating, to ensure quality and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to recipes, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, following local health regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal specials, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques to continuously improve menu offerings.
- Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- Person who can come for food trial in our location.
- Immediate Joiners
- Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management best practices.
