**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Effectively leverage practice management systems, EMRs to obtain patient data & perform outreach (an experience with Athena is preferred).

2. Able to communicate effectively in English.

3. Typing accuracy with minimum speed of 35 wpm.

4. Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., number of calls per day, appointments set per day, shift & attendance adherence etc.).

5. Customer service-oriented attitude & behavior.

6. Positive energy and strong work ethic.

**Scope**:
1. Performs position responsibilities within established guidelines.

2. Reports directly to the Patient Engagement Supervisor.

**Additionals**:
1. Responsible for complying with HIPAA & OSHA regulations.

2. Participates in quality improvement processes that include both intra-departmental and interdepartmental activities.

3. Has the ability to safely use all office equipment.
