Proactively anticipate and address any concerns or objections that customers may have, providing clear and compelling responses.

Successfully persuade customers to book appointments for site visits to experience the property first-hand.

Maintain regular communication with potential customers, following up on inquiries and providing additional information as needed.

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads, update customer information, and provide timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to finalizing the sale.

Strive to achieve and exceed assigned targets for lead conversion and site visits.

Stay knowledgeable about the property, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
