**Job Overview**:
Exostar’s platform is an advanced and complex technology platform that includes diverse services such as PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), MFA (Multi Factor Authentication), and proofing. The Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst will work with Product Management, Development, Support, Technical Operations, and Quality Assurance to develop a Software Requirements Specification which provides a detailed description of the functional requirements and initial solution design. The Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst will work with technical team members and stakeholders to ensure success of the product feature delivery and adoption, while providing technical leadership and innovation to internal and external clients.

- Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements, use cases, UI and interface designs, Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Providing draft product documentation for online help content and customer training
- Demonstrating products internally, to customers, and to train sales and support personnel on the use of the products

- You have proven experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in software product development, preferably within the life science or clinical research sectors
- You easily adapt and manage multiple priorities in a progressive, dynamic, fast-paced environment

- You are a strong team player with an intense focus on customer success.

**You’re exactly who we’re looking for if**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree (an additional 9 years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree)
- You have experience with IAM and/or Collaboration solutions
- Your experience has been in the Life Sciences, or clinical research sectors
- You have In-depth Knowledge of Clinical Trial Processes - solid understanding of the various phases of clinical trials, from study start-up through to management and closure. This includes a grasp of the regulatory and compliance nuances associated with each phase of a clinical study
- You have knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to clinical research and the ability to ensure that the product adheres to these standards
- You have experience in ensuring product features meet both the security and privacy needs required in the clinical research domain
- You are well versed in the use of Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
