Bengaluru, India CGI Full time

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated work experience of agile/scrum methodology
- Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track
- Proficiency with a variety of agile project management tools MS Project
- Ability to write well-defined User Stories/Use Cases and acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated ability to develop and refine product backlogs
- Extraordinary communication skills, including large group presentation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides clarity and detail necessary for product development to succeed
- Build and groom product backlog
- Interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
- Analyze data, optimization, performance, tuning
- Working with visualization/dashboard developers to provide data content
- Experienced Product Owner working in a series of product ownership roles for Agile Development scrum and Kanban teams
- Experienced in Cloud technologies and thought leadership
- Coordinates product planning and support on larger highly complex projects typically involving multi-product customer environments, where design is highly complex, to ensure client business needs are met

**Deliverables**:

- Completed sprint plans and schedules.
- Updated product backlog.
- Sprint review and retrospective reports.
- Sprint burn-down charts and other Agile metrics.
- Recommendations for process and product improvements.

**Assumptions and Constraints**:

- The Product Owner will work from the client office (Whitefield)
- The Scrum Mast Product Owner er will use only the Laptop provided by the company.
- The Product Owner will be responsible for meeting project timelines and milestones as defined in release schedule.
- The Product Owner will collaborate with Development teams, Quality engineering teams, Release management, and documentation teams to ensure that the software development process is efficient and effective.
