Interior Site Supervisor

Calicut, India ABS LANTERN PVT LTD Full time

**EducatJob Description**:

- Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that the work meets design,safety,budget specificatio0ns.
- Execute all interior and MEP works on site as per drawings. Monitor contractor's deliverables.
- Certify bills, and ensure payments are made on time.
- Verify procurement and on-site delivery of all materials, and ensure safe and secure storage of the same.
- Ensure Quality, Safety, Cost and Timelines are looked after.
- Should have knowledge in Interior works of Commercial buildings.
- Reports: Maintaining the DPR, Monthly reports etc.,
- Quality checking of materials received at site as per the Work Order/Purchase Order.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
