We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the execution of interior design projects. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the design plans are implemented accurately, projects are completed on schedule, and quality standards are met. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the project manager and design team to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
- Coordinate and schedule all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and inspections.
- **Supervision and Quality Control**:

- Oversee and manage all construction and installation activities on-site to ensure they align with the approved design plans.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Address any issues or deviations from the plans promptly to maintain project quality.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise the on-site construction team, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure that all team members are trained on safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to the project manager and other relevant parties.
- Document and report any changes or modifications to the original design plans.
- **Budget Management**:

- Monitor project expenses to ensure they align with the budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards.
- **Timeline Adherence**:

- Develop and maintain a project schedule, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Implement strategies to address any delays and keep the project on track.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in project management.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
