Interior Site Supervisor

Calicut, India SKYLINE BUILDERS Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise interior design projects from initial planning stages to final execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Develop project timelines and schedules, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve any design issues, and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate the work of interior design teams and subcontractors.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and furnishings to ensure quality and adherence to design standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior interior designers and project team members.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings within project budget and timeline constraints.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, including reports, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of a project in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interior design.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Interior Designing or related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to interior design.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
