These positions will be based in Gurugram & Bangalore. Ideal start month: October-November. We have hybrid working model (3 times per week in the office)

(1) Country Marketing & Sales Lead (Gurugram)

Lead and drive the marketing and sales efforts for FlixBus in India, building the brand and spearheading growth initiatives. This strategic role focuses on marketing leadership, brand development, and managing local partnerships, ensuring FlixBus’s success in one of the world’s largest bus markets.
- Lead the India Marketing & Sales team, overseeing budget planning, strategy, and execution across locally managed channels.
- Drive brand communication, customer insights, and the development of both digital and offline experiences.
- Manage partnerships, online/offline distribution, and CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with country strategy and global coordination.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board:

- 8-10+ years of experience in leading B2C marketing efforts in India, ideally in a high growth digital-first business with proven leadership skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

(2) OTA Account Manager (Bangalore)

Drive sales and operational excellence through OTA platforms for FlixBus, focusing on strategic execution and customer satisfaction. This role involves optimizing performance, managing partner relationships, and enhancing the booking experience in a key growth area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue via OTA platforms, optimizing pricing and promotions.
- Oversee OTA operations, ensuring smooth ticketing, reservations, and customer service while enhancing the customer experience.
- Monitor OTA performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights; manage OTA partner relationships and product listings.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales or operations roles within consumer durables, FMCG, mobility, or hospitality, with a strong focus on marketplace channels.
