As we scale our operations, we are seeking ambitious CS/Tax/Legal graduates who are ready to make an impact. We are thrilled to announce 2 exciting opportunities: Company Secretary & Tax Manager (Direct Tax/Transfer Pricing)

These positions will be based in Gurugram. Ideal start month: October-November. We have hybrid working model (3 times per week in the office)

(1) Company Secretary (Gurugram)

Support and ensure compliance for FlixBus’s operations in India by managing corporate governance, legal compliance, and board activities. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and legal standing of the company while driving operational excellence.
- Conduct Board and General Meetings, draft meeting papers, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage statutory filings, maintain registers, and ensure timely communication with authorities.
- Coordinate with external parties, including investors and auditors, while handling sensitive company information with integrity.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board:

- Qualified Company Secretary with 2-3 years of experience in managing corporate governance and compliance, preferably with an LLB.

(2) Tax Manager (Gurugram)

Manage and optimize FlixBus India’s tax function, including corporate, direct, transfer pricing and indirect taxes in India. This role focuses on compliance, tax planning, and audit management.
- Oversee corporate and direct tax matters, including TDS, ITR filings, and advance tax payments.
- Implement transfer pricing policies in collaboration with Big4 firms and the global tax team.
- Manage GST filings and automate the tax return process.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board:

- Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of tax experience in Direct/Corporate/Transfer Pricing..
