Corporate sales manager position is a Second Level Leadership (SLL) position that is expected to achieve the Organizational goals for the assigned territory in terms of revenue and cost, develop team members, who is a First Level Leader - FLL) and duly maintain an engaging relationship with the channel partners of the mapped geography.

Retirement & Pension Channel specific Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Owning and achieving targets set out for various products applicable to group sales 2) Comprehensive market mapping in designated geography or segmented verticals 3) Ensure competitive presence in every opportunity leading to closure within the geography or segmented verticals 4) Ensure a strong funnel of potential opportunities is maintained, at all times, to meet monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual targets
5) Relationship management with new and existing clients as well as with multiple intermediaries 6) Interact with group operations, actuarial, legal, finance, investments and other related departments to seamlessly achieve business objectives
7) Ensure compliance and implementation of company policies;
8) Develop self for potential growth into leadership roles in the future.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required for the profile**:

- **Educational Qualification**: MBA in Marketing / Finance
- Age: 28 to 38 yrs
- Work Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in financial services, at least 3 years of experience in selling various financial /investment products in corporates, preferably with exposure to group sales in life insurance companies.
- Core Skills & Competencies required: - Strong sales planning, Competitive Team management & Channel partner management, and one who is Ambitious to drive the business cum organisational objectives with desired quality and pace.
- Strongly preferred to have good understanding towards various business MIS, data interpretation, dashboard preparation and timely publishing cum review with channel partners and the internal team to drive and sustainably achieve the business objectives.
- A good communication skill to influence customers/stakeholder (internal and external).

**Salary**: ₹1,289,724.32 - ₹1,890,298.10 per year
