**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and proactively identify potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and other marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about available residential properties in our portfolio.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits, showcasing the features, amenities, and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the internal team, including marketing and operations, to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role, preferably in the Pune market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler vehicle.
- Sound knowledge of the Pune real estate market, including localities, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
