**Reporting to Chief Financial Officer**
**ROLE SUMMARY**
This role involves effectively managing tasks, coordinating with teams, and providing high-level support to the CFO, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the finance
proficiency in relevant software tools, such as MS Office, is essential. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are also important
qualities for success in this role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar and schedule management: Organize and maintain the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders for important appointments.
- Travel arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare itineraries.
- Document preparation: Assist with the preparation and formatting of financial reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Meeting coordination: Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Task tracking and management: Maintain a comprehensive task list or project management system to track open tasks, deadlines, and progress updates.
- Follow-up and coordination: Proactively follow up with various teams, gather task updates, address roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Confidentiality and discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality, handle sensitive information with care, and exercise discretion in all matters.
- Information management: Organize and manage documents, files, and databases to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval of information.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Deadline management: Monitor task deadlines, provide reminders, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Reporting and documentation: Compile task-related information, progress reports, and updates to share with stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams, departments, or external partners to ensure seamless workflow and task
completion.
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor or Master degree in any stream AND/OR Evidence of Exceptional ability for the role.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience.
- Well versed with project management and analytic skills.
- Expert in MIS, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
