Financial Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This involves analyzing financial data, assessing risks, and making recommendations to improve profitability and financial performance.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Budgeting and Cash Flow Management: Creating budgets and monitoring cash flow to ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of financial resources. Developing strategies to optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and control expenses.
- Financial Risk Management: Identifying and evaluating financial risks faced by the company and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures. This includes managing currency risk, interest rate risk, credit risk, and other financial exposures.
- Financial Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Establishing internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets, maintain data integrity, and support accurate financial reporting.
- Strategic Financial Decision-Making: Providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making processes. Collaborating with executive management and other stakeholders to assess investment opportunities, evaluate business expansion initiatives, and analyze potential mergers or acquisitions.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Acting as a liaison between the company and financial institutions or professional advisors.
- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Managing and developing a finance team, either directly or remotely. Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to financial professionals within the organization.
- Technology and Systems Integration: Evaluating and implementing financial systems, software, and technology solutions to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Strategic Partnerships and Business Development: Identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships, or collaborations that can contribute to the company's growth and financial success.
- It's important to note that the specific responsibilities may vary depending on the organization's size, industry, and specific needs. The Virtual CFO role is often tailored to meet the unique requirements of each company

Requirements: MBA in Finance or CA (preferable)

Timings: 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
