The ideal experience would be of someone having m**ore than 15 years** of experience in various areas of Finance, Treasury Management, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Working Capital Management and Forex, Credit Rating, Insurance, Investor Relations, Internal Controls and Systems, etc.
The major KRA would be to **formulate and driving strategic actions** for fulfilment of the long-term Goals. Will have to spearhead strategy development and execution (building systemic efficiencies, financial analysis, and liaison with external and internal stakeholders) and financial / accounting / commercial functions (tax structuring, regulatory processes, and controls for financial discipline).
The Finance leader needs to be a number driven manager with a keen eye for insights, with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
