Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in the strategic management of our financial operations, ensuring financial stability and driving the company's growth.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Group CFO to join our leadership team. The Group CFO will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of OAL and its subsidiaries. This executive role requires exceptional financial acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving financial performance and shaping strategic decisions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company's growth objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management processes.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities to maximize shareholder value.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team and Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS), and other applicable regulations.

3. Risk Management:

- Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks.
- Develop risk management frameworks and strategies to safeguard the company's assets and optimize risk-return trade-offs.
- Oversee the implementation of effective internal controls and compliance processes to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a strong risk management culture throughout the organization.

2. Capital Management:

- Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
- Oversee capital allocation decisions and optimize the company's capital structure.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and negotiate financing options to support the company's growth plans.

3. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the financial acumen and capabilities of the finance team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or
MBA is highly desirable.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial information and provide actionable insights.
- Outstanding leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
