Front Desk Executive/salon

**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet clients as they enter the salon, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all visitors.
- Manage the salon's appointment system efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as per client preferences and availability.
- Assist clients in understanding various salon services and recommending suitable treatments based on their preferences and needs.
- Process client payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are handled securely and adhering to salon policies.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring it reflects the salon's high standards and attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory of salon products, supplies, and promotional materials, notifying the management when stock levels are low.
- Collaborate with salon stylists and technicians to manage the flow of clients, ensuring mínimal waiting times and a smooth client experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to the best of your ability or escalating them to the appropriate salon management.
- Promote salon services, packages, and promotions to clients, encouraging repeat business and building client loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest salon services, products, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment, supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve salon goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance customer service skills and stay informed about new salon procedures and protocols.
- Adhere to salon policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both clients and staff.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer software for appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
- Customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Neat and professional appearance, reflecting the salon's image and dress code guidelines.
- Flexibility to work during salon operating hours, including weekends and evenings, based on scheduling needs.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
