We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Experience to Build Laison Between Employee and Administrator.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and filing.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
