- In this role, we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have led a team. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and reconciliation and will work closely with onshore stakeholders._

- Responsibilities_
- _Manage multiple stakeholders_
- _Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month_
- _Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls_
- _Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements_
- _Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required_
- _Takes responsibility as senior manager, within the financial environment, for monitoring performance, and managing the service in an efficient and effective manner_
- _Drive continuous improvement of processes to bring in efficiencies and process enhancements_
- _Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, robust risk and compliance adherence_
- _Manage and build high performing teams, retention of workforce, Reward and Recognition of team members, cross skilling and support team members in coaching / mentoring, career progression etc._
