As a Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher in the IT industry, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, developing business opportunities, and fostering client relationships. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospective clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and present suitable IT solutions or services.
- **Proposal Creation**: Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to the specific needs and preferences of potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closure**: Engage in negotiation discussions to finalize terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and agreement.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sales support, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights through accurate and timely reporting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong sales orientation with a keen understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and the ability to close deals effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and develop mutually beneficial relationships.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective goals.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, business development, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Certification or training in sales techniques or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
