Inside Sales Marketing Executive

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth for the company. This entry-level position is well-suited for recent graduates or individuals with little to no prior sales experience. You will work closely with the sales team, learn the ropes of the sales process, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, online research, networking, and referrals. Generate leads and develop a pipeline of prospective clients for the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's products or services. Be knowledgeable about their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the products or services. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships. Understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Negotiation and Closing: Engage in sales negotiations with prospects, handle objections, and find mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize persuasive techniques to close deals and secure new business. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and outcomes. Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales skills and professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Persuasive and confident sales demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel if required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
