**Job Title**: - Technician (Installation) **Job Type** - Full Time (1 Year Contract) **Location/Base** - Haryana & NCR Region **Reporting** - Manager

**Responsible for Solar Rooftop Installations**

**Duties And Responsibilities** - Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and installation requirements. - Secure work areas and follow all safety protocols. - Install Solar Panels, racking systems, and electrical components. - Wire and connect Solar Panels to Inverters and other electrical equipment. - Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality. - Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes. - Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

**POLICY & SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY** - 1 Year Contract

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA** - Minimum 1 year of experience in solar panel installation (or relevant electrical experience). - Working knowledge of solar panel systems and electrical components. - Strong understanding of safety protocols for working at heights and with electrical systems. - Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with tools. - Valid driver's license (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
