Qualifications
- 1> Certification in solar installation (e.g., NISE, MNRE), Electrician, Electronics Mechanics Course from any ITI

2> Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and industry standards.

Key Tasks to perform
- **Installation and Commissioning**
- Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other components of solar power systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards during installations.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies

**Maintenance and Repairs**
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure the efficiency and longevity of solar systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
- Replace faulty components and test system functionality after repairs.

**Customer Support**
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations and answering technical questions.
- Assist clients in understanding system warranties and maintenance requirements.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Create and maintain comprehensive service records, including system diagnostics and repairs performed.
- Generate detailed work reports, including performance data and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare client-facing documentation for completed projects.
