- **Generate Leads**: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- **Prospecting and Outreach**: Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce products or services, gauge interest, and schedule appointments or demonstrations.
- **Understand Customer Needs**: Listen actively to customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**: Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits to potential customers.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Close deals efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-study. Continuously improve sales skills and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Goal Achievement**: Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them. Develop and implement action plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
- **Adaptability**: Remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment. Embrace change and proactively adjust strategies and tactics as needed to stay competitive and achieve success.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
