MediSim VR is a MedTech company founded in 2018 with the sole agenda of revolutionizing medical training in India. MediSim VR combines the benefits of Virtual Reality (VR) and simulation to deliver immersive learning for skill training and training for surgical tasks. **Job Summary**:As a Sales Executive for MediSim VR, you will drive sales and revenue growth for our virtual reality (VR) medical simulation solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging VR technology to revolutionize medical training and education.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Identify and Generate Sales Opportunities**:
○ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
○ Actively prospect, cold call, and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. **2. Develop and Maintain Client Relationships**:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
○ Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
○ Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the benefits of MediSim VR.
**3. Sales and Revenue Generation**:
○ Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
○ Develop and negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
○ Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
**4. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams**:
○ Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights for product enhancements.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials.
○ Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure high client satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns.
**5. Stay Informed and Competitive**:
○ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the medical VR space.
○ Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track 3+ years of record in sales success, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
- Strong healthcare industry knowledge and an understanding of medical simulation training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

- Master's (preferred)
