Corporate Sales Representative

**Job Summary**: The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target corporate clients, including office buildings, event planners, and large organizations.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with prospective corporate clients.
- Present and promote our menu offerings, catering services, and special packages to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the corporate sector.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including forecasts, targets, and achievements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and expand the corporate client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate orders and events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the corporate sales process and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
