COCOSUTRA is a Bangalore based gourmet packaged food brand with a delicious range of food products that make busy lives easy.

Cocosutra is looking for a passionate **E-commerce Executive **for Customer & Operational support. If you are friendly, ambitious and have good communication skills, this job is for you.

**Responsibilities include**:
1. **Oversee Day-to-Day Operations**: Manage and supervise the daily order cycle ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Quality assurance to prevent any errors in the receiving and shipping of goods. Clear coordination with related teams, customers, to make the dispatches smooth and appropriate.

2. **Customer interaction and order processing**: Process orders on a daily basis, while contacting the customers for order confirmation. Responsibilities include resolving queries related to customer's transactions, payments, refunds, handling escalations. For more complex problems that require troubleshooting, contacting the immediate reporting manager. Maintaining order data sheets on a daily basis.

3. **Documentation of logistics dispatches and timely submission of reports** to finance team.

4. **Inventory & vendor management**: Ensure sufficient stock, maintain detailed records of newly arrived products, items that are going out to customers and any returned goods. Communicate regularly with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers to replenish warehouse stock.

**Skills preferred**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Excel, Mail, Google Sheets
- Shopify / Amazon order processing (preferrred)
- Language : English (required), Hindi (preferred)

**Office location**:Hulimavu, Bangalore -560076.

Work from the office.

Monday to Saturday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
