- **Program Management and Infrastructure Planning**
- Lead program management, integration, and capacity prioritization planning for critical network infrastructure across client data center facilities.
- **Forecasting Services**
- Oversee the yearly project forecasting process, ensuring data collection and analysis to support accurate projections with the coordination of client Management.
- Manage and update ongoing project forecast data and resource management information.
- **Bug Triage and Reporting**
- Triage and assign bugs to appropriate team members, ensuring timely updates and reporting on bug hygiene.
- **Policy and Performance Objectives**
- Establish policies, plans, and performance objectives for assigned projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Process Documentation and Improvement**
- Provide comprehensive documentation of process flows and playbooks to streamline workflow and execute process improvements as needed.
- **Meeting and Workshop Coordination**
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and workshops to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- **PPM Tool Management**
- Manage the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, monitoring project timelines, and tracking progress to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- **Project Workflow Monitoring**
- Oversee and monitor project workflows, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Coordinate with TPM’s closely for project timelines.
- **Deliverables**
- Weekly Reports: Generate and maintain effort utilization, forecasting, classification, and priorities reports, as well as any additional reporting/metrics as defined by client templates.
- Work with TPM’s on location layouts. Planning and changes.
- Written Status Reports: Provide detailed written status reports outlining the work performed.
- Data Maintenance via Dashboards/Sheets: Document, generate, and maintain program and project metrics organized into dashboards/Sheets to provide clear visibility into project performance and key metrics.
- 6-15 Years of IT Infra project management/ coordination experience
- IT Network infra deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewall, wireless etc)
- Good in Communication, presentation and Stakeholder engagement
- ITIL, PMP certification will be preferred
