**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Coordination**:

- Oversee the implementation of the Cambridge International curriculum across the school.
- Ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively and aligns with Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) standards and IGCSE.
- Coordinate the development of lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment schedules.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Provide guidance and support to teachers in the delivery of the Cambridge curriculum.
- Organize and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for staff.
- Encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices among teachers.
- **Student Support and Progress Monitoring**:

- Monitor and track students’ academic progress and performance.
- Implement interventions and support mechanisms for students who are struggling.
- Encourage and support students in participating in extracurricular activities related to the Cambridge curriculum.
- **Examination Administration**:

- Manage the administration of Cambridge International examinations, including registration, scheduling, and invigilation.
- Ensure that all examinations are conducted in accordance with CIE regulations and guidelines.
- Liaise with Cambridge International regarding examination materials, results, and certification.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the school and Cambridge International.
- Communicate regularly with parents, students, and staff about program updates, examination schedules, and academic progress.
- Organize informational sessions and meetings for parents and students about the Cambridge program.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that the school complies with all Cambridge International standards and requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of the Cambridge program to ensure quality and consistency.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and evaluations.
- **Resource Management**:

- Oversee the procurement and management of resources required for the Cambridge program.
- Ensure that teachers and students have access to up-to-date materials and resources.
- Manage the Cambridge program budget effectively.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the Cambridge program.
- Set goals and objectives for the program in alignment with the school’s overall mission and vision.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of the program and make necessary adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in managing or coordinating an international curriculum, preferably Cambridge International.
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) standards, IGCSE and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and management systems.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
